I have used this gel overnight for 10 years as I have Thyroid eye disease. They are amazing.

I have very dry eyes and these drops are the job I need at night. I do sometimes reapply during the night if I awaken. Easy to apply.

Lubricates the eyes overnight. Wake up with refreshed eyes.

I have sensitive eyes and these worked great with no irritation. It was easy to put on and it didn’t feel too thick around the eyes.

Good product for night time dry eyes, been using for years. Downside: these ointments are expensive for the tube volume but if you need your stuck paying the price.

I have corneal erosion and use this in the other eye. You don't need lot but especially down south where we live it sure helps dry eye!

even though the US division of Alcon swears that they did not change the formula, when the sustain night nighttime ointment changed to the blue and purple logo design, my eyes begin to sting and burn upon use. I switched back-and-forth between the new version and some older versions that I had. I tested it for several weeks and it was absolutely conclusive that the new formula was harder on the eyes. Not knowing what to do I was pleasantly surprised to find the old version of sustain still available. I am pleased with my purchase. I have no concerns about the quality. and the price has been very affordable compared to what is available out on the market.

I’ve been using systane nighttime eye ointment for years due to dry eye problem. CVS or Walgreens are usually where I purchase the product. I ordered online this time because of the seemingly good value for the six pack. Unfortunately ever since I started using it, I seem to having a lot of problems. It doesn’t moisturize instead my eyes feel dry even when I just applied the ointment. It gives me style every time I use it. I’ve never had style except when I was a little kid and I am 55 years old now. Same results with a new tube. I also developed inflammations after using the product. My eyes would have gooey stuff when I wake up and I have to use eye wash to wash all the white stuff from my eyes every morning. As soon as I stop using the eye ointment, my eye conditions would return to normal. What a disappointing experience with a brand I once trust so much!
