I looked all over the place and found the complete box much less than getting the pieces separately. It very much met my expectations. It was an easy install. The only issues I had were - the two spring clips that held the two pieces together were difficult to clip. I just needed to stretch them out a bit and all was good. The other was the shipment from the distributor was delayed a couple of days. That was just a minor issue as I was not in a big hurry. I also changed the filter while I had it apart.

This air filter box fit my Jeep Grand Cherokee perfectly. The mounts fit all of the posts exactly as they should. The build quality felt no different than the OEM box I was replacing. I even checked the fitment of the upper and lower against the OEM box, and they were interchangeable, and seemed to fit perfectly. The cutout on the lower fit the OEM 'snorkel', as did the friction-fit post.. everything lined up perfect. On top of this, I don't know that I could have bought a used part for what I paid for this new complete assembly (less the 'snorkel' part). Someone else in the reviews said that the metal clamps were too tight - I found that they were tighter than the OEM box, but still usable without modification (and frankly, I want them tight, anyway!) I am completely satisfied, and would recommend this part, (for a Jeep GC at least), without hesitation!
