Affordably Perfect Chest Freezer Organizers
Many people know that chest freezers cost less to buy, hold more food, and use half as much energy as a comparably-sized upright freezer. But everyone knows that chest freezers quickly become unmanageable and that once you put something into the chest freezer black hole, you may never be able to find it again! We just bought a 14.9 cubic foot Kenmore chest freezer, which came with one puny wire rack. Aftermarket freezer baskets are overpriced and we couldn't find any to fit our new freezer. These plastic crates are the perfect solution unlike many departments store stacking crates, are made out the same heavy-duty materials as commercial milk crates. We were able to get two 3-packs from this vendor, with free Prime shipping, for a great price. Our freezer will hold six of them with just enough space for ventilation around each one, plus a few inches of space on top. Perfect!

Reasonably sturdy
Not as robust as a commercial milk crate, but reasonably robust for the price. I had a crate of lighter construction survive in the back of my truck for 5 years, so I expect at least that from this one.
