A decent budget phone that is protective and work well
This is a pretty strong cellphone overall compared to many other smart phone on the market. The rugged design is actually just build into the phone so you do not really need any additional casing or anything. This phone is a decent budget android phone that does a pretty good job for your daily task. First thing out of the box is that this thing is a pretty big phone with the additional protection it has. The next thing is that this is an unlocked phone with dual sim card (only have a need for one) and from what I can tell it will work with at least t-mobile and atnt (which is what I have). I do not have verizon but the description is a confusing because it says it will work at the beginning of the description but later it says it does not work so I am confused there. I have not tried it with virgin mobile or cricket so I am unsure if this will work with this phone, but it says it should work with cricket mobile. I did try different sim cards to be sure it is unlocked and it is. There is no locking to a certain sim card or such. It does come with dual sim cards so if you happen to need to have two different numbers on one phone this would work. My work offered to pay for my work line and this makes it so I can just carry one phone (rather than two) while I am working. Due to not being able to travel internationally, I am unsure how it will really work on international sim cards but I assume it should not have an issue. The next thing about this is that the phone does come with a micro sd card slot that you can use to expand the memory if you wanted to (up to 256 gb. Unfortunately I was only able to test it up to 128 gb (highest I had) and I am unsure if it can go higher than 256 GB). It does come with 64 gb on board the phone however that is pretty small compared to many other phones on the market so I would recommend you get a micro SD card. The screen is relatively decent size for a phone of this price. It would be on par with a iphone 12 mini screne size. The picture and video quality is not bad. You can get 1080p out of it and you can watch videos off of it without much issue of lag and such. This device does not come with any screen protector but the screen quality is pretty good. It does not get scratched up too easily which is good. It is will withstand minor scratches but I am unsure how it will really hold up against keys. It has been in and out of my pocket without much issue. The phone does come with three cameras and you get some pretty decent quality pictures. It will give you decent pictures and videos, but not as strong as some of the more expensive phones. It does have a flash option and the flash can also be used as a flash light if needed. The light is not too strong where it is blinding but does help with taking night shots. The CPU and ram make this phone pretty decent for multi-tasking, few games, and some video editing. It runs android 10.0 which is not too far from the newest. It works pretty well and I did try to see if it can be updated but it does not have 11.0 support as of yet. It is a legitimate android OS so you are able to download any app without issue on the google play store as there are times if the device is using an unauthorized version, some applications will not work or can be downloaded. One big feature I thought would not be included in this budgeted phone is the finger print reader and facial scanner. The finger print reader works pretty well and unlocks four out of five times without issue. It usually has a hard time registering my finger from time to time so I have to just type in the password. The facial scanner does work but I opted to turn it off as I wear a mask when I am out so it just does not read my face. I did test it however and it was able to distinguish pretty well. I registered my face and tried to have someone else unlock it and it did not (thanksfully). It does unlock the phone fairly quickly which is good. The overall look of the phone is nice, feels nice, and is pretty strong. I am the type of person that does not drop it however I did accidentally drop it out of my car when I was getting out. The phone was just fine. I would say that short of dropping it on the screen (even though it is temper glass), there should not be much damage. The outer layer can get scratched up but it protects the phone sides and screen pretty well. It has a nice black finish with orange lining (which is unique and makes it easy to spot) and feels pretty nice in my hand. You can game on this if you want and take it on hikes without worrying about damaging the phone. I actually tried some MMO and it ran it pretty well without much issue. It did make the phone a bit warm because I did have brightness on max. The battery life last pretty well with a 8000 mAH battery. It will last a least a full day but it did take some time to calibrate the battery. It took about four to five recharges from dead before the battery lasted a good amount of time. The phone uses a type c charging port to charge this phone. The type c cable is just your generic cable and it does come with a type c to USB adapter. I tried plugging another android phone to this to transfer back ups but had no luck with that. It does however make it easy to charge other phones using this phone which is nice. The cable is a bit on the easy side to fray and break so I opted to use my own cable. It does not have wireless charging from what I can tell. I tried several different charging pads but no luck. It does have pretty decent fast charging speed however. It as able to fully charge in about three hours with some minor uses here and there. You can transfer to this phone but like any android phone I have it has a slow time transferring files from your micro sd card to your PC. Overall I think this phone is a good to have if you are on a budget but want a pretty powerful and protective phone. This phone was actually very surprising on the performance. It does a great job for what I need it to from surfing, to some mobile games, to taking pictures/videos. It is protective but be sure not to drop it directly on the temper glass because that is still easy to damage.

cant blocked the private/ unavailable phone #s. Phone goes into 3G for no reason
Hard time setting up the phone. Phone went from 4G to 3G for no reason. The Phone speaker stopped working after 5 months for no reason. All incoming calls don't ring, the sound of the phone has issues for no reason. To be honest I would have put 0 stars on this phone but I can't. Phone rebooted when I was on a call. Can't block private numbers and block all other phone numbers that are not in your contacts. That does make any sense. Phone should have blocked the private/ unavailable phone numbers option by itself. Speaker is low. Most of my calls I make are on speaker phone and the speaker volume is low. I wish it was louder. I charge the phone daily. I only have a few apps on the phone. I used 3 mobile phones in 18 years, 8 months and 2 weeks. I'm having problems receiving calls and making calls with the phone. I submitted complaints to Oukitel.com No one reached out to me. Customer service here wasn't able to help me. They are selling 3rd parties products and the products are defective and they are not willing to help. I filed complaints with the FCC, BBB, Consumer Affairs, etc... Everyone else that has issues with this phone should file complaints.

Amazing phone!
This phone is AMAZING 🤩. The battery lasts forever. It's extremely durable and I never had any problems. I used mine for 3 years and when I needed a replacement, I bought another one. The screen finally broke when it landed face down on a rock. After I had dropped it about 100 times without a scratch.

Not waterproof
Had it for about 1 year and 7 months. Decided to try out the waterproof rating on this. Had it at a water park and used it in the wave pool, some shots of the family while above water, some under water with the phone about 1-2 feet deep. Shots and video recording around kids playing in the fountain area and misting and light splashes spraying the phone from a distance. After about 30 minutes of this the phone got stuck in a reboot loop and then slowly worked itself into resetting continually attempting to enter recovery mode while acting like one of the buttons is held down. Got it sitting near the air conditioner for some airflow. We'll see if it survives, I'd really like to get the photos and videos from it at least. So yeah, don't trust the waterproof rating on this. I was also very careful to not push any of the side buttons during this time period, explicitly using the fingerprint sensor and touch screen.Other than the above this was a great phone for the price especially. for the first 6 months to a year, daily use the battery would be down to 20% or around there on day 5-6. If you're gonna have a big phone ( i always got the smallest ones i could find), may as well be big because of the battery! Towards the end here it'd be day 3-4 for that battery level. One thing that extended it as well is this thing can be set to turn off at a certain time, and then turn back on at a certain time, so I'd usually let it shut itself off for a bit and then back on early the morning, giving it a 5 hour break or so during the time of night where nothing can wake me up anyway. The side "custom button" could be setup to do 3 different things - on tap, on hold, on double tap. This let it still be usable for a single hand for me as i'd have that button do various things like open my text messages if i was holding it in such a way that my other fingers couldn't reach an app because the phone was too big for the spot on the screen wasn't reachable without using my second hand. So, despite the waterproof issue - i'll probably buy one again anyway because of the other benefits, for now, the phone's taking a rest and drying out - we'll see if it's ever recoverable. The fact that it keeps trying to reset has me hopeful a little bit.
