Can this be used with antifreeze?

No, using it with antifreeze will change its PH level and product will not work. You can only use it with water.

Can I put this inside a motorcycle engine to remove rust. (Not starting the motorcycle obviously)

If your internals are rusted you're probably going to have to do an overhaul, because you have to mix this with water and it has to circulate then you have to drain and flush with water. It removes rust from the cooling system but it's like a thick chunky slime when you drain it. Now if you're using it to flush a cooling system it has to run.

How many flushes did it take? I am on my fourth flush after using the solution and it still smells and the water is still dark.

Really depends on how bad your system is. Mine took 5 But the solution does degrade in quality each time i used it. Might need to start fresh.
