The Montauk Book of the Living

This is one incredible book. I've been studying books similar by Zakaria Sitchin, Peter Moon... All of the Montauk books for years now, in fact since the 1970s. This in the Black Sun are two of the best I've read in a very long time.

i got books today in soft paper letter packaging. They are paperback books and around $30 a piece and the corners are bent and the one book has a tear in the back. For the money i spent i expect pristine condition and the packaging looked like it was used as a broom and the books inside are not pristine.

Mr. Moon is a bit if a snob,and gets are little bit too political and preachy at times.He is also very arrogant,saying his book is correct,while others of a similar or alike nature,are not.Still,some fascfinating stuff.

Another fascinating book in the Montauk series.

Peter Moon does it again chasing the rabbit down the mysterious rabbit hole. This book was a real page-turner for me.

For those with an open mind, this book will get you questioning what you think you know. We have been mislead about so much. It's time for people to wake up and start looking for the truth.

I have several books in the series by Nichols and Moon, and this book just adds to the understanding of the other books. It is pretty difficult to separate one book from another as they all add to the overall story.

This book is amazing, making it well worth persevering through the previous six Moon books inspired by the depraved Montauk Project although there is little or nothing about the Project itself here. Instead, the author meanders through numerous seemingly unrelated occult secrets, clearly and fascinatingly explained. Moon repeatedly states that the problems in this universe are a result of the banishment of feminine energy and offers fantastic details of the moonflower and virgin births, which are directly connected to the long-hidden goddess.One reviewer of an earlier book claims that you need to read through the Moon books in sequence in order to understand them, and I have. There are in fact seven books based around the unbelievable Montauk Project: the first three are a trilogy called "Montauk Project", "Montauk Revisited", "Pyramids of Montauk" in that order. Thereafter there were four more: "The Black Sun", "Synchronicity and the Seventh Seal", "Montauk Book of the Dead" and "Montauk Book of the Living", in that order. There were enough nuggets in each of the books that I did not regret the cost, either financial or timewise.However, I rather believe that this last book is the most worthwhile: one that truly repays several careful read-throughs. If you are pushed for either time or money (as most of us are) and/or do not enjoy working through a very extended series of mystery books, just read the first one "The Montauk Project" (contains shocking information but is very disjointed), then "Synchronicity and the Seventh Seal" which serves up a good amount of clearly explained occult information, and this one. If you then feel you need to read the others, you can backtrack. You will almost certainly want to re-read Synchronicity and this last one at some point, probably sooner than later, as they are so rich. One caution: the books are all irritatingly badly written, but the clearly explained occult information justifies the effort.

Having read most of the Montauk books this one certainly didn't disappoint me. It's probably best if readers coming to the Montauk books for the first time read up about the Philadelphia Experiment and other similar books first to get a background to the later happenings at Montauk.
