Purchased as a gift for a family member. If being purchased understanding the limitations of the device (this is not an iPad or high end Samsung/Surface) this is a great device. Resolution and display are acceptable for the price point. Apps are snappy to open and slow downs in device appropriate games are not distracting. Battery life with moderate use is 6-8 hours, which is acceptable. Overall very happy with this device.Remember that if you buy the device expecting to undersell a top line product, you will be disappointed. If you buy as an inexpensive internet browser, email checker and basic app machine, I think you will be impressed compared to other devices at this price point.**Update 10/25/16**Tablet stopped functioning approximately 3 months after purchase. Contacted seller who originally tried to suggest tablet was mishandled, which it was not. Returned and told the tablet would be replaced. Replaced with a Used-Very Good tablet. Unacceptable. Tablet comes with a one year warranty. If you will not stand by the warranty, do not offer it.

I’ve had the A10 for 8 days now, and here are my impressions:1. Speed-apps open quickly and web pages load well, as long as you don’t have too many apps running at one time2. Battery-only get 4-5 hours of use, a bit disappointing. The USB takes 4+ hours to recharge the tablet while the AC pin plug only takes 1 ½ hours. The AC cord measures 47 inches, decide for yourself if that is “too short” -its fine for me.3. Display-really nice, crisp, brilliant colors. My only complaint is that Google maps prints street names in 2pt text no matter how much you zoom in, and it is a little blurry at 1280 x 800 resolution. Normal font sizes display fine. The brightness adjust at max level is REALLY bright. Vidoes play well.4. Storage-there is about 11GB free before adding any additional apps to the tablet. Haven’t tried the SD card yet. The pre-loaded apps are standard-camera, calculator, calendar, android browser, Es file explorer, play store, etc. No bloatware.5. Camera terrible of course. Wasn’t planning on using it anyway.6. Feels nice and lightweight. Doesn’t get hot.7. Touch screen-sometimes have to stab at it a few times. I removed the thick factory plastic screen as directed. The glass is a bit sticky, doesn’t scroll as well as gorilla glass.8. The Fintie case in black fits it perfectly except for a little overlap on the SD card slot. Other colors- people have reported problems with the fit.9. Price-unbeatable. I compared a lot of tablets. I bought it for 99 and that was a good price, now its 79.10. Overall impression-you’d be crazy not to buy this tablet, unless you want extreme perfection and are willing to pay $600+.

This is a very good product for the price, highly recommended.Pro:1. Good and speedy wifi connection. I have not lose a connection within one week that I have using this tablet. To me this is the most important aspect of a tablet.2. Fast boot-up. It takes only about 20 seconds to cold boot this tablet. This is by far the fastest one I have (I have 5 of them with various screen sizes).3. No bloat wares. Minimum pre-installed apps. More than 12 GB free when first boot-up. This is the cleanest tablet I have. Very refreshing experience.4. Balanced design for a snappy performance. At this price, with a vivid 149 dpi screen and an 8-core CPU, the experience is fast enough for most of the task. The battery life is adequate for a 10 inch tablet. Achieving all these with a low price, the balanced design is to be commended.5. Very good connectivity. Full size USB port, HDMI, mico-USB, micro-SD card slot. The best among my tablets.6. Dual charging options. The supplied power charger with its own jack can charge an empty battery within 2 hours. The micro-USB port can also be used for charging with any third party 2 amp power supply.Cons:Weak speakers and camera. Theses two weaknesses are not my concern at all. I am using blue-tooth speaker or earphone for music, and I am using real camera to take picture.Overall, a very good product at this price range.

Incredible value for what you get. Octacore, HD IPS screen, already has screen protector on it. Found to be very quick response, no problems with it. Have loaded movies on the SD card with various formats, MP4, AVI, MKV and the default video player works great for these. Smooth playback, good clear picture, even the viewing angle is very good. Could use another gig of ram, but for now the performance is very good for what you pay for this tablet.
