Son purchased this as he liked the swipe functionality on the keyboard which isn't on the later model. Usual good design and battery life as with all Apple products well thought out. Seems robustly built.Good value as purchased a renewed model.

Very unprofessional.
The first laptop I received looked good, but would ‘restart because of a problem’ all the time. The MacBook was also not left in factory settings, so when I tried to erase the settings it was still logged into some random accounts find my Mac so I was not able to do so. When I messaged the company they took a very long time to reply between each message, they don’t reply on weekends, and normally would reply with one worded answers at about 5pm. Not helpful. I sent the Mac back, and then received another one. Again looked great but the caps lock key was stuck in position and still the mac wasn’t in factory settings. So I sent it back, it took more time to message them (as they take so long to reply) to finally get a refund. Would avoid buying from them unless you want your time waisted

The MacBook is good, but the charger's quality is not very good. Sometimes it can't charge the device.

Looks new but not happy
There is not a mark on it it came all packed like all New amazing can’t believe it for the price, I have only used 4 times for a couple of hours each time, the fourth time I logged in my battery was saying 85 per cent charged but when I removed the charger the computer died, the battery is faulty, it has happened yesterday it was purchased September this year 2025 😣can you help 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am not the person to ask about its performance but for me I am very satisfied with it.I am still learning but it seems easier than trying to master my android device.

Laptop turns off and wipes the entire hard drive
Bought a laptop from this company in July. Was working fine but then random shut itself down and factory reset itself. Wouldn’t reinstall software, so sent back to seller from refund. Seller has been refused to issue a full refund stating the laptop is in worse physical condition since it’s purchase. It was in excellent cosmetic condition but it wouldn’t turn up. Why would you want to keep a computer that removes and deletes all your files. Be careful with your purchases!!
