Above average package would these work for a man?

I do not think so. He would most likely be hanging out pretty good. There isn't much room for a package to fit. But they do stretch ! It just might play peek a boo on the side or up top 🤣

How the spandex around the butt? Meaning does it hold all day or does it start to get lose & then you just feel like your wearing baggy undies.

hello Dee, These panties fabric contains 10% elastic fiber, while other normal cotton& spandex fabric only contains 5% elastic fiber. So these panties having enough stretchy and not easy to be baggy as the cotton &spandex panties. And so far, we haven't found any reviews saying our panties is baggy.
