Be sure you order two
One would assume that if I have to punch a hole in my wall behind my tv to run a wire down, that I would need to punch another hole at the bottom to bring it back out. Selling one Pass thru bracket is like selling individual socks. So unless your wiring just magically connects to something inside the wall be sure to order two. Don’t take it for granted that the seller is selling them in pairs as one would think. Don’t think that you’re getting two for the price, you’re only getting one. Don’t make my mistake, just order two. I mean, really, when would you only need one of these? Unless you’re me. Because you only ordered one. Order two. Sigh...

Warning! You MUST unscrew completely before installation!
I give the product a thumbs up, but the manufacturer is shipping them in an incomplete state. I purchased two units and both arrived with the wing screws at 50% position. The wings will NOT swing out and engage unless you back out the screw all the way to the lock nut. Then, you can install the box and the wings will swing out as designed. I installed my first unit today and stripped out the plastic faceplate waiting for the wings to tighten up - and then I inspected the units and figured out the manufacture mistake. Summary: turn screw backward (counterclockwise) until it cannot go back any farther before you install the unit!

No Power Tools: The Wings Break
I have 3 of these functional in my home and will be adding 4 more. Unlike the recessed power receptacle version that has metal wings for anchoring in the sheetrock, this has plastic wings. ANY use of power tools where you cannot feel the tension on the wing is not advised. Even at slow speeds you will break these clips. Use a small screwdriver and tighten until there is enough tension to hold in place and no more. If installing on a wall with insulation, I advise pulling a out a shallow layer to prevent spring-back that would put excessive tension on the wings. You can fill with sealing foam to compensate if desired, but only after your cables are relatively fixed and non-changing. You might also consider buying more than one unit in case you break the first one getting to know the product. Also, pull your cables before putting this in place. Too much handling will break it. Remember that you can orient it any way you like to make running the cables optimal. It will fit cables with fairly large heads, but anything bigger than a typical 3-prong AC head might get a little awkward.

Easy to install! Be sure to buy 2 as it only comes with one.
An extremely affordable way to run low voltage cables (RCA, HDMI, optical audio). Really easy to install. Comes with a paper template you can trace to cut out. I recommend putting a small screw in the middle of the area being removed to function as a handle so you can pull it out easily after cutting (think like a jack-o-lantern's stem). You may want to have a cable fishing line or something you can easily pull cables from one end to the other with. I used a measuring tape. Run the measuring tape so it goes in from the bottom then comes out the top. Tape the cables to the measuring tape and pull them through. If you have insulation behind the wall, you may want to get some flex tubing (taping each end to one of the attachments, otherwise anything you run with catch the insulation and shred it up. It also makes running new wires later easier. It was so easy to install I am seriously considering buying more for other spots in the house.

Perfect
Easiest and cheapest way to conceal your cords with a wall mounted tv without having to rewire anything.I’ve been holding off on concealing my wires for 3 years because I didn’t want to pay someone to rewire a socket. Fast forward to last week when I’m on YouTube and BOOM I see a video using two of these to conceal the wires.Get yourself a drywall saw and have at it. There is a template on the instructions of how big to cut the hole and it is SO easy to install. The whole process for 2 took 5 minutes

Trivial to install and works as designed
I had the simplest possible use case...go through a wall where I had access to the other side. The goal is to just make network cable runs look better--and it worked perfectly. The template was perfectly sized, as you'd expect. However, what I did was use a level to mark a straight line, and work the template around that, using corner-dots and the level, to get straight, sharp edges. After that, drywall cutting, insertion and screwing it in went as expected. It was truly a no-brainer install and looks great on the finished side of the wall.

Easy to install!
Very easy to install. One person pointed out that you will need to first unscrew the small bolt until it close to the end of the screw to allow the side flaps to open and stay securely on the wall. I found this to be very true. I am one happy customer. Go for it! Tons of videos on the internet to help you. I did an external wall with insulation. I didn't put any power cords in the wall only coaxial and hdmi. I used a 12ft coaxial to help me pull the other cords through.

EASY install, worth every dime. We have purchased 2 sets already.
This is the second set of 2 that we've purchased and you can't go wrong with these. Follow the instructions, watch a few youtubes.. Measure twice, cut once. They are somewhat narrow so if you have more than 2 or 3 hdmi type lines to drop then you may have some struggle but we got it done. Makes hanging ANY tv look better when the wires are hidden and these don't even need to be near a stud, they clip themselves to the drywall. There are certainly other rojects that these would be useful for but if you are looking for a quick and easy fix to messy wiring behind the tv, look no further.

This is a very good low voltage plate
Very happy with this unit as I was looking for a horizontal unit for a TV installation. Needed two on behind the TV and one behind the lower console and these really worked well. Easy to install in drywall, still a bit messy doing the cutting, but installed cleanly and easily. Like any installation of this nature, measure and cut carefully on the hole size to ensure a clean and neat fit.

Works as expected
Mounts easily. I was worried when I read some of the reviews about the mounting tabs breaking easily. I mounted these by hand and they went on securely and without problems. I'd buy them again.

NOT A GOOD PRIDUCT
The tab on the back is useless and impossible to I just to say dangly to on the wall.

Simple Way to Hide Wires
A fantastic way to conceal wires when installing a wall TV. No need to worry about re-wiring. You will need two (2). I highly recommend this product.
