Which is better for home defense by a smaller woman the Crusher or the Smasher

I purchased both the 29" Crusher and the 34" Smasher; they are both wonderful but each has its advantages. The Crusher is shorter and lighter, which makes it easier to swing in the house. The Smasher is longer and heavier, which gives more reach and power. I am 6'0" and weight 200 lbs and if I needed a bat for self defense in the home I would definitely reach for the Crusher. If for some reason I was outside and needed self defense protection, then I would prefer the Smasher for the extra reach. I hope that helps.

Cold steel is the brand. Its injection molded polypropylene which is an incredibly durable plastic. It won't be crushed or snapped.
