i have bought and used this with an iPad pro 12.9 inch. and it works just fine. more than fine to be honest. im really happy with this purchase. i have a small issue with the rotation of the whole arm around its axis. if you keep it loose it can easily be removed during adjustment. and if you tighten it, it will not rotate and forcing it will damage the axis. i have kept it loose not and would only tighten it once i choose the perfect position. nonetheless, this is one of one of the best if not the best purchase i have made on amazon.

I had a similar tablet holder which i broke and the biggest problem i faced was i could attach on the bed because of the space between the wall and bed. This product is a very good built quality product and the bestttt part is the maker have given 2 different places for the stand to be attached which enables the user to attach it over the bed and makes it perfect to view in all the angle while you are lying on the bed. Overall, worth the money spent and premium quality with very fast delivery.

Pros : * it work perfectly with 11" > tablets .the will remain stable on any position. * light weight * Quality is Acceptable Cons : * Cant handle bigger than 11" Tablet, it will keep going down when i put my IPAD PRO 12.9. * you wont be able to turn the arm right or left whenever you lock the arm base key. * it's a pricy somehow when you compare it to any equivalent.

I’m very happy with this purchase, the material and quality of this product is pretty good. What i like about this product is: 1. The clamps: easy to install and have grip mechanism. 2. Unlike other cheap brands this one can be easily positioned and it will REMAIN where you positioned it. 3. Material: nice and solid.

I am a fan of UGREEN product, generally you can trust them for their quality however this particular product, i am so disappoint hence for my fellow buyers who wants a short answer, JUST DONT BUY IT, Below feedback is for UGREEN so they can improve the design and make amendments for their future production Below mentioned are few flaws i have mentioned but there are few more which are not mentioned here 1.Arm attachment to base is too poor, one should be careful while tightening as the metal is too soft to bend with minor tightening it will puncture the metal pipe, and technically this will damage the product because the screw tip is directly holding the pipe, to put in another word the people who design had no brain at all, 2. One of the major flaw is that it does not have horizontal rotation at second spring position 3. Another major flaw is that it requires a good space around its base point as it extends out from its base point so if you have any wall or cabinet around your desk you need to consider a good enough gap

Bought 2 at once for me and my son Really sturdy and made of good quality materials Does what it should and used it for light iPhone and heavy iPad and both works great 👍🏻 Recommended

Well Engineered product that can hold phones and tablets without any issue and supports multiple angles of viewing and could be easily clamped. UGREEN keeps always surprising me with their products reasonable price and high quality.

الاستاند مممممرررا ممتاز معي حوالي ٧ ستاندات مختلفه هذا افضل خامه فيهم حديده قوي وثابت وثقيل احلى شي فيه ثابت لما الطاولة تهتز بشكل بسيط وهذا كان اهم شي بالنسبالي جدا مناسب للايفون ويتحمل وزنه بس مامعي ايباد اجرب عليه بس بصراحه ماعتقد لان ماله مسمار عمد المفصل تشدو عليه زي باقي انواع الarm stand بس انصحكم فيه للجوال

Ich habe ein 8,4 Zoll Tablet mit ca. 400g Gewicht. Bisher bin ich mit dieser Halterung zufrieden und macht auf mich eine stabilen Eindruck (bei richtiger Montage nach Anleitung - siehe "2. Nachteil"), wobei ich Diese erst seit 30 Tagen habe (25.05.2019). Um auf der sicheren Seite zu sein habe ich extra eine Halterung gesucht, die mehr verträgt (kompatibel mit iPad Pro 12,9" 631 Gramm). Dadurch erhoffe ich mir mehr langlebigkeit. Bei anderen Rezensionen wurden Halterungen an der Grenze oder sogar über der Grenze benutzt und wurden nach einiger Zeit (aus meiner sicht verständlich) unbrauchbar. Jetzt zu meinem Eindruck zu der Halterung: 1. Nachteil: Aufgrund der Länge der Halterung gib es beim Schreiben auf der Bildschirmtastatur kleine Schwingungen. Abhilfe: Bei kurzen Texten stütze ich das Tablet mit der zweiten Hand. Bei längeren Texten nutze ich eine externe Bluetooth-Tastatur bei falscher Montage ohne Anleitung: 2. Nachteil: An der Steckverbindung zwischen der Klemmhalterung und dem Haltearm scheint es bei falscher Montage eine schwache Stelle zu geben. ( Es gab eine Beschwerden in einer Bewertung die ich nachvollziehen kann ) Abhilfe: Der Haltearm sollte immer von oben in die Klemmhalterung gesteckt werden und niemals seitlich. Dadurch wird die schwache Stelle nicht belastet. Wer mit diesen Nachteilen und Abhilfen zurecht kommt, für den kann ich diese Halterung empfehlen. In dieser Preisklasse (26€) habe ich für Tables mit 400g meiner Meinung nach nichts besseres gefunden (Stand 23.04.2019). Die Länge des Haltearms war mir auch wichtig. Wer besseres sucht, muss vermutlich mehr ausgeben oder andere Abstriche machen. Für mich überwiegen die Vorteile, weshalb ich die Halterung hoffentlich lange behalte werde. - Vorteil gegenüber Schwanenhals: Gelenke statt biegen von Material -> Materialermüdung ( Wobei hier Federn sind, die eventuell auch irgendwann ausleihern können.) - Außerdem soll der Schwanenhals bei Berührung sehr nachschwingen. - Diese Halterung kann außerdem problemlos fast horizontal ausgerichtet werden, was bei 75cm bei keiner Schwanenhals- Halterung funktioniert. - Die Federn halten die Position, sodass die Fixierschrauben keine Belastung haben. Für mich ist das sehr bequem. Bei mir sind die Fixierschrauben immer locker, wodurch ich den Arm der Halterung schnell verstellen kann. Zum Beispiel, wenn ich meine Sitzposition wechsel. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Bei 75cm ist eine vernünftige Kabelführung für das Ladekabel von Vorteil. Deshalb habe ich improvisiert und die Fixierschrauben an den Gelenken passend gedreht und benutze diese als "Kabelführung".

Wanted a tablet support to use in bed and after much searching decided this looked the business and really glad I bought one, It has a good bracket I fix to metal siderail on bed and tablet can be adjusted to any position for use leaving you hands free which is great for reading etc. When properly set up with best tightness on the tension knobs I have no problem using my fire 10 tablet and has a good sturdy feel which I love and does not flop about as some seem to say as I have it correctly adjusted . Reading the negative reviews it is obvious some people can't adjust the bracket and arms properly,there are knobs on the arms to adjust the tightness and there is a knob on the bracket which must be taken out if not on the position of the hole you use and if put on the correct position to tighten the swivel then everything is sturdy and no flopping about as some say!!! One other thing is that in the box comes an Allen key which is there for a reason if you think about it!!! Its purpose is to tighten the little button head bolts which are on the arms and this will add a further tightening of these if needed. So as usual most negative reviews come from people who are not familiar with the points I mention but it's common sense really!!!!! and i would like to add i have no connection or interest in the company connected to this product just found myself a little miffed reading bad reviews for what I find is a brilliant item

This so called "U-GREEN" product should not be allowed to exist in2021. Period. The quality is so low with plastic tightening-mechanicts, that it fails from the very first time! - Meaning you can NOT hold an iPad in place. The construction is to flimsy and weak to hold an iPad Pro. I bought two of these and I will not event bother to send this totally worthless product back, I will just avoid ANY product from the UGREEN company in the future. So sad to see things going directly from manufacturer to landfill because cheap plastic in the most important holding parts. This is a prime example of a product unworthy of production in an enviromental friendly 2021.
