Deringighting 28 LED Eye Protect Book Light with Flexible Neck, 3 Colour * 3 Brightness USB Rechargeable Desk Light Black

I'm a huge reader and my SO is long-suffering with me staying up late to finish books. This light is fab - particularly the warm setting, as it stops me from straining my eyes. It can be very bright without getting warm at all, and the clip makes the places you can put it very diverse. The head isn't too heavy, and the neck is sturdy, so it doesn't tip forward like other light's I've had. My only wish would be for a longer battery life, as it lasts maybe 5-6 hours on low settings, and there's nothing worse than reading only to have it wink out!

I wanted a light to clip to the chair when I am reading to my toddler. This is excellent. It feels high quality. Definitely recommend it. There are three brightness levels. I stick with the middle one. Battery seems to go on for a long time. I have fully charged it once since I bought it a couple of weeks ago. The neck/arm is very versatile and aesthetically pleasing (I know that last comment sounded cheesy, but it is very good)

Overall the lamp works, it works well but its lacking in a few areas. To turn on or off you need to touch the base (in one spot) this can be hard to find and do when its dark, there is no texture change to help navigate and you need to cycle through all the brightnesses to turn it off so you'll get blinded if its on low and you just want to turn it off. The warm colour setting is nice and easy and its good for a selection though often you'll accidentally change this instead of turning it off but the lamps cheap considering it and it works. To charge the lamp you need a micro usb (a micro sized one is provided) it doesn't take too long and you get a little light to tell you when its done. It'll last around half a week with moderate use. The 'neck' of the lamp creeks and feels like it'll break but so far over a year it has not and so can assume it'll keep going on. Whilst I've moaned about the problems for the price and use its a google little lamp that can be helpful for a reading light and overall can recommend it if you wanted/needed a battery lamp.

This lamp feels much more expensive than it was to buy. I use it on the lowest brightness setting in the dark in bed at night time. I accidentally left it on all night and still the battery doesn’t need charging. Perfect selection of colours and brightness easy to set up Very nice feel. Update: This lamp as you can see from my review above was very good on arrival. However after 7 months of use it is not so premium or quiet. Every time you adjust the position it makes awful noise, sounds like the metal in the flexible spine is grinding metal on metal. Do not buy!!

I liked the look of this, and being able to charge it and use without a wire in the way. I wanted one as I like to read before going to bed and wanted a small personal light so that I don't disturb my partner from going to sleep. Came well packaged, Instructions were quite straightforward. I unwrapped it and put on charge overnight. There is a small charging light that comes on when you set it to charge - this was red when I first placed it on charge and had gone out in the morning. I took this to mean it was all charged up. Great! I thought, I will use it tonight. Nope. Didn't work at all. I thought maybe I had not charged it properly so plugged it in again and on came the little red light again , so something was working inside the thing. I left it to charge for another 8 hrs. Again, the red light had gone out. Again, the light would not work at all. I returned the light without any problems, which is always good to know that works even if you are dissapointed with the product itself!

This is a lovely product and would work well on a material headboard or wooden shelf, at full width, the grip pads come off and as the switch is pressure pad, it doesn't always work first or even third press, caused a bit of stress at first but leaving it on helps. It charges well making it work for days without turning off too, handing when electric goes or camping. Bright enough. Flexible enough and a really good grip when on anything depth of multi-socket power lead, anything more and it can slip even with pads.

We have a similar light for my other son. This one is silent when you manoeuvre it and it holds its place better. The only issue with this light is the buttons could be raised slightly. There are two buttons, one for brightness and one for the colour setting. The other light you hold the one button to change setting and tap to brighten which works better. However overall this is the better product based on how it holds its shape and moves much more quietly.

It has a really low light function which is great but you can have it brigher and there is a function to make the light cool or warm which is handy.
