Was great
Blanched in a salad with a pinch of lime and salt, or in the base or garnish of soup. Tons of sulfurofane and brilliant taste. Mine was fresh and crisp (may be different at other points in time). Had a few leaves eaten by insects - which we don't mind, it points to low levels of pesticides. Simply discard the portions, blanch in boiling water for a minute and add it to anything you like.
