It’s the best Headset I ever owned.
The HyperX CloudX is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for comfort and sound quality. The memory foam ear cushions and padded headband make it easy to wear for long gaming sessions without discomfort. The sound is clear and immersive, with deep bass and crisp highs that bring games to life. The detachable noise-canceling microphone is a nice touch too, ensuring your voice comes through clearly during chats. The build quality feels solid, and it’s officially licensed for Xbox, but it works well across other platforms too. Overall, it’s a reliable, well-rounded headset that delivers great value for its price.

Quality
Works great. Fits my 8 year perfectly. Comfortable to wear. Good mic quality. His voice is clear. The mouth piece is removable which is a nice feature as well.

Good value for the price
I’ve had this headset for almost a year and it still works great. It’s also built with high quality and audio. The removable microphone is great for if you just want a good pair of headphones. The microphone sounds okay but not the greatest. I’ve had worse quality headsets that were more expensive. I’m overall really pleased with this headset.

Gorgeous sound, but the headband was too small
The sound quality of this headset was FAR superior to the sound quality from my old low-end headset. It was magical! I had no idea that my songs could sound so good. I wanted to keep this headset forever. But I had to return it. I couldn't tolerate wearing the headset for more than five minutes at a time. The headband created an unbearable pressure point at the top of my skull. I needed a greater clearance, but the earpieces would only extend about an inch on either side. I needed at least another half inch, and the result was pure pain.In spite of this, I did attempt to make a voice call. But the microphone output was too quiet for my listener to hear. I had to crank up the volume, and that lead to terrible static, which was worse than the low volume. So I abandoned the new headset and returned to my old low-end pair.I now suspect that the microphone would have worked better if I had positioned it close to my jawline. Instead, I positioned the microphone at some distance in front of my mouth--which I now believe was a terrible mistake.I would have liked to have done more experimenting, but I was unable to: I couldn't bear the pressure on the top of my skull, and my listener could not hear me, so I was all too glad to rip them off. The pressure-pain lingered for about a half an hour after I removed them.If the pressure point had not been such an issue, these could have been a very nice headset. The audio output was gorgeous. I very much hope that they'll work out better for someone with a more-appropriate head size.

Best headset I own
This model has good voice and audio fidelity compared to other similar kinds. This headset is consistently better than other brands Ive used and it’s extremely durable too. I take good care of my stuff but accidents happen and Ive never had to buy a new one of these after drops or such. I always recommend this brand and series to people. Its one of the most versatile for gaming as well with adapter enabling pc use. There may be some things that may missing but in terms of features, but for this price range and style you are getting one of the best.

Fantastic! Better than the pricey ones!
These are fantastic! The audio is amazing and the microphone is great. We have a turtle beach headset (nothing but problems) and an Alienware headset and this set is the one our son prefers! The microphone is better, the audio is better, they’re comfortable, and they work great! I can’t recommend these enough. He uses them on an X Box Series X.

Okay headset, not great for people with large heads
Bought this since my HyperX Cloud Core headset was finally start to really fall apart. Bought this version, thinking it was the same but looks like the quality is much lower. The headset is smaller, less comfortable, and is missing the 3.5mm split jack they used to give you. I have a large head and this headset started giving me headaches because it would squeeze the top of my head and since the entire headset is smaller and can't extend as far it was like a vise on the top of my head. Waste of $50. My fault for not looking closer at how large this headset was but I assumed i twas the same as the discontinued Cloude Core headset.Looks like they've cut back on the quality while keeping the price the same.
