Water flow from all taps are very low Heating button got damaged after few days. Compressor sound is loud The bottom door sensor is not working since day one, and water pump keeps running even door is open. The water low level sensor is functioning after 3 minutes of bottle get empty. Super General Services team don’t have good experience about troubleshooting and maintenance.

Good dispenser, works well. The disadvantage is that it makes a bit of noise when cooling the water.

User-friendly and easy to use. It has three options for hot, room temperature, and cold water, which caters to everyone.

Although the compressor is a little on the noisy side, this water dispenser worked very well...until it didn't! I've only owned this model for 15 months (single person, light usage) and the compressor or something else has broken, which has stopped it cooling the water! Hot and room temperature still work, but not the cold water. This is not the cheapest model, and I'm disappointed that its broken just outside of its 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, it's cheaper to buy a new dispenser than have this one repaired. If purchasing, buy the extended warranty to be on the safe side!

Has a separate hot water and cold water switch. Like we prefer having hot water and room temperature water, and the switch helps us to be able to do that. We keep cold water switch off generally unless we have guests over. It doesn't look cheap, it feels very strong too. Very good product for the price.

Bought this in July 2023 and until the current date it went to warranty repair 4 times without any fix. They keep taking it, saying they fixed it, bringing it back, then after a week or two it starts leaking again. Since I bought it, I've had to always turn off the electricity when the bottle is empty because it's too dumb to stop by itself (like it's supposed to) Reported these issues so many times to no avail and I'm still stuck with this useless device. Never buying anything from super general again.
