Defective Water Dispenser and difficulty in Retuning
The product is fragile and of poor quality. I want to return it but there is no contact number or email. Never buy this product as it does not preform, is noisy. The buttons for the tap are already loose and will break with a couple of uses. Overall cheap quality. Having a hard time with Super General to return the item. Amazon has washed their hands off.

Although the compressor is a little on the noisy side, this water dispenser worked very well...until it didn't!I've only owned this model for 15 months (single person, light usage) and the compressor or something else has broken, which has stopped it cooling the water! Hot and room temperature still work, but not the cold water.This is not the cheapest model, and I'm disappointed that its broken just outside of its 1 year warranty.Unfortunately, it's cheaper to buy a new dispenser than have this one repaired.If purchasing, buy the extended warranty to be on the safe side!
