I recently purchased a pair of pumps from Clark's, drawn to the brand's reputation for comfort. Unfortunately, my experience with these shoes was far from satisfactory. I wore them to a graduation rehearsal and graduation ceremony, and even with three days of wearing them around the house for an hour each day beforehand, they proved to be a disappointment. From the moment I put them on, I could tell these pumps were not living up to the Clark's comfort standards I had heard so much about. The fit was off, even though I had sized up half a size based on other reviews. The shoes were still painful to wear, causing discomfort and soreness throughout the event. Had I known how uncomfortable they would be, I would have returned them without hesitation. However, since I had already worn them to the graduation, returning them was no longer an option. I had to endure the discomfort for the entire night, making it feel like a wasted investment. In terms of style, the pumps were decent, but their lack of comfort overshadowed any positive aesthetic aspects. It's disappointing when a brand known for its comfort fails to deliver, especially when the shoes come at a higher price point. In conclusion, I regret purchasing these pumps from Clark's. Despite the brand's reputation for comfort, these shoes fell short of expectations. The fit was off, even after sizing up, and the overall experience was painful and uncomfortable. I do not plan on wearing them again and feel that they were a waste of money. If you prioritize comfort, I would advise looking elsewhere for a more reliable and comfortable pair of pumps.

Love this Shoe!!! it’s going to be me everyday work wear. I ordered a 7.5w but it’s still a little narrow so 8 would have fit perfectly but i’m happy with my purchase. It’s very soft and the colour is a rich matte black. Would buy in other colours !!! my feet feel protected.

Very comfortable

True to size (7.5). Because they are brand new, the leather was very stiff. I have very thin skin, so I blister easily. Lathered on Mink Oil, rolled the heel of shoes back and forth as well as side-to- side to soften the leather, which is the equivalent to breaking them in. Additionally, Mink Oil waterproofs. Let stand overnight. Now very comfy. No issues. Love style of the toe and the 3 inch heel. These are interchangeable for dress or casual wear. I prefer dressy. If leather is too stiff for you and uncomfortable, simply lather on and rub in the Mink Oil to soften and stretch. Do so, and then I strongly recommend these shoes.
