Good product works efficiently

I've been taking these for more than a year. Each container lasts for 1 month. After four months, I've noticed (as a personal experience) a decrease in frequency of waking up at night feeling like I urgently need to go to the bathroom, on an almost empty bladder. Really happy with these.
