Great B12. Works when other forms of B12 haven't worked for me.

My vitamin D level was far below normal, so my MD recommended supplementing with D3. This brand raised my level. You do need to keep re-testing until you reach your desired level, then test again to make sure it hasn't risen further. I also take vitamin K2 with them daily. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow, which is important to me.

Had a Dr. Tell me 25 yrs ago to do myself a favor and take these. I will take this no matter what.

Apparently this is working very nicely. We don't get out in the sun much, and this has brought up both of our vitamin D levels to the higher portion of the normal range - well out of danger territory. It also came highly recommended by the Vitamin D Council, which was our reason for trying it. Some other brands in past years have NOT brought up our Vitamin D levels (we have the lab results to verify results, not just some subjective "feeling" we have). Plus, my wife's dexascan for osteoporosis was pretty good for a woman her age who exercises far less than she should. We credit this brand with really doing what it's supposed to.

The capsule is small and very easy to swallow. It has the Dr recommended amount of Vitamin D3 and is at a very reasonable price. We have purchased this brand before and are very satisfied.

This is an excellent product to get your vitamin D3 when you live in a place where sun isn't year round. We live in Portland, OR, which is in the Pacific NW and we need to supplement our D3.

Product is great, ship time.... not so much. Will order again, but no less than maybe a month or more in advance, so as to not be going without taking meds due to extended and delayed shipping. Been waiting 15 days and counting.....

Good price if not the least expensive - but the best option I've found for a vegan D3 formulation.
