Monstrum 13-Slot V1 Riser Mount

This is a perfect solution to get your scope raised up higher on your rifle to have good visibility through the scope. It is made of lightweight aluminum and is very strong highly recommend.

One inch riser places my eye directly in line and at a height and placement for optimum eye relief of the scope on the AR. The picatinny rail is integral with the hand guard so a scope mounted directly to it, would have me hunch my neck down awkwardly to be inline with the objective lens. This is not the correct way in acquiring a target, way out of balance. The solution: I have been playing around with different solutions and the one the fits best for me is this 1" riser. This aligns my eye directly laterally and vertically to the objective lens. I have to say this, beautifully machined and finished, aesthetically pleasing to the eyes; you would consider this an excellent buy. Compare this to the top brands side by side and you could not tell the difference. But in your mind, you know that you spent 5 times less in dollars.

Installation is super easy. Work like a charm.

Needed a inexpensive riser for my inexpensive scope and mount. I also needed it quickly. This mount fits the bill. It arrived when expected, fit nicely ,and raised the scope above the fixed AR front sight. The clamping nuts are a bit on the large size, but look to be good quality and have a slot so you could use any flat item that fits the slot to tighten it if you don't have a wrench handy. The finish is nice, although the edges are a bit sharp, could be sanded or filed to make it less likely to catch on or tear/scrape anything it rests against. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase.

Works as advertised. Sufficient elevation to mount a scope on my Ruger AR-556. Holds tight on the rail; doesn't come loose with repeated firing. Rail on top took Weaver ring mounts easily as expected with a Picatinny rail. A must have if you've got any AR with a front elevated sight. Saw some issues with units with Monstrum label not being shown. Not an issue with this one. Unit is well machined; no burrs, scratches, etc. Two screws are quite sufficient. While large enough to hand tighten, suggest wide blade screwdriver to really tighten it up for trouble free, constant usage.

Well made and labeled with monstrum! better target acquisition and got my scope above my factory iron sight so it doesn't obscure my sight line. I would 100% recommend this for an AR build

This Monstrum Tactical High Profile Picatinny Riser does not have the Monstrum Label on it, as the Picture advertised it to be! Therefore, it could just be a Chinese Knock Off, and not really from Monstrum at all! Still it works on my CMMG AR-15 .9mm Rifle to raise my Scope up one inch, and seems to built OK, with no ruff edges on it! So for the Money it should suffice, for what I needed it for! Just be careful when buying Products, as there are a lot of very bad Chinese Knock Off Products on Amazon still, that my look like and advertised like the real Product, but are really just very poor imitations of the real Products, and not worth the Money spent on them, at all - believe me! A word from the Wise should be sufficient! Enough said!
