Not a tractor tube.
Yes it is a brand new inner tube. Yes it does fit. I hope it holds up. It is not really a tractor tube with a TR15 stem. The stem flange is not that rugged. It is on the tractor in a new Carlisle. The old tube had 5 patches and another leak. This is a big upgrade.

It's made in Korea not West Taiwan, it is very consistent in thickness, it also appears to be made of new rubber.
