⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Way Better Than a Nedi Pot – Comfortable and Effective!
The Squip Nasaline system is an absolute game-changer if you suffer from allergies, sinus congestion, or chronic dryness. It offers a much more controlled, comfortable, and thorough rinse than a traditional gravity-fed neti pot. Why this rinsing system works - Syringe-Controlled Pressure: The unique syringe design lets you easily control the flow and pressure of the water. You can give a gentle rinse or a slightly firmer flush depending on how congested you are. Comfortable Silicone Tip: The soft, medical-grade silicone tip forms a perfect, comfortable seal against the nostril. It completely prevents backflow and ensures the saline solution actually goes where it needs to. No Burning or Stinging: The 10 included premixed saline packets dissolve perfectly in warm water. They are balanced to match your body's chemistry, making the entire process completely painless. Thorough Cleansing: It does an incredible job of clearing out stubborn mucus, pollen, and dust, allowing you to breathe clearly through both nostrils almost instantly. It is easy to use, simple to clean, and incredibly effective for sinus relief. If you struggle with standard nasal rinses, you will absolutely love this system. Highly recommended!

My top choice.
This is actually a replacement for one I bought years ago that simply wore out. If you have sinus issues this is one of the most useful things you can get. Mind you it's not fun squiring salt water into your nose but it really does work. Reduces post nasal drip, rinses out the gunk and makes it a lot easier to breathe esp at night. I use it before bed time. It works on the same principal as the neti pot but I find it more efficient and easier to use. I highly recommend.

Simply Love this item
Simply Love this item. This is a review so don't take what I'm about to write as gospel or even try it yourself....Fact is, DON'T try it. I make my own colloidal silver. I trust in my method so much that I gave it to my first born from day one. Used as spray after every diaper change, in milk (goats milk fyi). All my nephews and nieces would get sick or come down with the stomach virus... Never once did my children caught it ;) I have sinusitis from a source I don't recall... This will cripple Goliath himself if he were to contract it. I don't wish this on anyone. To have this debilitating infection means constant colds/fevers etc. If a dog sneezed in your general direction, you'll get a cold! Anyhow, I used this to clean my nostrils and sinuses. We have four: two top and two bottom. I use my colloidal silver that i made (5 gals at a time. yes, I use it a lot and so does everyone else who knows me, have turned), twice a day, to inject it into my nose. Sinusitis is gone but for good measure, I do it twice a day religiously just for chit sakes. *** I don't actually make colloidal silver. It's actually ionic silver but hey, it works and I'm happy. Over a decade of use. Whole family uses it now since they've seen results! *** Stops a cold dead in its tracks when you feel it coming. Colds start from the ear, enter into the nose, and down into our lungs... It's no wonder I've always had constant colds! Cheers!

Nasaline vs Netipot, Nasaline wins
This works great! I opted to do this rather than pay the $80 for a more expensive nasal irrigation system. Counter space in bathroom was primary motivator for ordering the Squip Nasaline System. I have used a netipot on and off for a couple of decades. In the last five years I've used a netipot several times per week depending on need. However, the netipot was just not flushing the thick mucus out of my sinuses that is now accumulating. Felt I needed something that delivered the saline solution with more pressure. Felt like the sinus cavities were still full after netipot and the only mucus flushed out with netipot was the path of least resistance. The thick stuff just wouldn't budge. I've had Nasaline for about a week now. Used it probably 6 times. I can say unequivocally that it is a huge improvement over a netipot. Netipot works on gravity while this actually allows you to push the saline solution into your sinuses flooding the cavity and pushing out the mucus. If you are comfortable using a netipot, you will be comfortable using this product. A short history of my sinus issues: Bad allergies as a child, chronic sinusitis pretty much all of my life. Taken every OTC pill known to man plus a few prescription meds to keep sinuses clear. Steroids plus Afrin type meds up the nose all my life. Been dealing with a sinus issue since I can remember and here we are decades later. Last decade or so I quit using any and all spray medicines up nose and rarely pop pills to clear sinuses. Irrigation works best for me. Nasaline is a huge improvement over a netipot.

Baby steps to the neti
I'm just now dealing with nasl/sinus congestion that is the worst I have ever had [from silicosis due to breathing one whiff of diatomaceaous earth]. I don't believe in for myself or particularly like the feeling of sinus medication so I am going the natural route to solve this. Some natural remedies that have added to my relief are 1) drinking warm apple cider vinegar with honey in hot water, 2) eating very spicy salsa, 3) standing over the humidifier with eucalyptus oil in it, 4) putting vapor rub on the soles of my feet [believe it or not this is a real help], 5) leaving a cut onion in the room, and 6) the Nasaline Nasal rinsing system. As a part of everything else that I am doing this seems to be helping. I've only used it twice now, but both times I think it helped to loosen up some mucous as the water passed through. I say 'I think' because this really doesn't give you the full on sinus flush of the neti. This is more a gentle clearing of the nasal passages than the sinus flush I was hoping for. But, even though it is not the full on effect of neti, the good comparison for this product is that the neti is a little intimidating and even slightly traumatizing cause it feels like you are going to drown. You don't of course, but that intense feeling is the liquid going up into your head and filling up the sinuses before sloshing out. The nasaline gives you a tiny bit of that intense feeling so as to make you almost crave the upper sinus flush. Why this is good news for me is that the nasaline will be a stepping stone for me to get to where I can handle the drowning feeling of the neti without getting all ptsd. So that's my input on the nasaline. It's a little gentler than I hoped, but you can't always go right where you want to. Baby steps.

Effective and great value
I've had severe sinus infections for years. after using this daily I have seen great improvement. I've tried other versions that were less expensive and they either broke or didn't expel the saline very well. I highly recommend this one!

Must have for people prone to clogged sinuses
I had the problem of falling asleep and waking up in the middle of he night with my nose stuffed to the point where it would wake me up. I tried blowing it as much as I could before bed and even tried moisturizing gels figuring it was a result of living in a dry area (Denver) Nothing seemed to work and I was very disappointed at the options. I don't like having to force water in my nose but figured this was my next option to flush out the full nasal cavity. I ran across this one and figured for the price it was at least worth a try. After the first flush I though this isn't pleasant but the process isn't supposed to be. Within the next half hour I was clearing out my nose with all the stuff that was blocking everything, getting my nose cleared out and feeling amazing! I used it on a daily basis for the first week but eventually have tapered back as my nose doesn't get clogged as much in the first place. Would recommend anyone with clogged sinuses to give this a try just make sure to sanitize each time and DO NOT USE TAP WATER, I used bottled purified. The salt packages are where the magic happens so make sure to mix with the purified water well and don't go too fast so it can do its job. It's not pretty when you're doing it. I do it in the morning or late at night in the privacy of my bathroom right over the sink so it is an easy clean up. Have something to blow your nose nearby as you will need to do this several times to each nostril after use, just make sure to get out as much water as you can beforehand. Give it a try I did and was very happy!

Parents best friend
Omg! This was so life saving for my toddler. Yes I use it on my toddler summer or winter whenever he gets a runny nose you bet I’m using it. So so amazing for nose cleansing and since then we’re able to avoid ped visits for otitis and such.

Helped my lack of taste/smell
Used this as my sinuses can get fairly stuffy. So when I lost my taste and smell last year, it lasted a while. Using the nasal douche definitely helped and could smell and taste better soon after. It’s easy to use. Would recommend this one!
