The unit itself is 30cm in length, the aperture is 13cm x 7.5cm. The programmes are excellent as is the strength of the massage. This unit does massage the wrists and has helped me with carpel tunnel pain in both wrists. I have rheumatoid and osteoarthritis in my hands and my fingers joints are swollen with fingers bent at odd angles. I can say that this has helped with reducing the pain. With me, the damage has already done, so anything that will relieve the pain is a must have. The compression on low is like a blood pressure cuff around the upper arm when tight, that’s the only way I can explain it to you. Highly recommend. Thank you Global Relax

I bought two of these, one for my sister and one for myself. Mine didn’t work at all, it was dead, but in any case we both felt we couldn’t use them because they were so hard, two rock hard balls with the flimsiest bit of cloth covering. I would be too scared to use them. Sorry!

The Mondo is a fantastic product- it replicates, to a fairly large extent, massage by a human masseuse. It's flexible too- you can move it around and place wherever on your body that has stiff muscles- this thing works remarkably well to loosen them to a large extent. Very happy with my purchase. Solid christmas gift for myself!

I brought this as a gift for my mother who has RA she has tried it numerous times and it does absolutely nothing. Had she of told me in time I would have returned it as a total waste of money.

The colour is really fancy, especially perfect for girls as a present. The size is handy but it's not lightweight. Maybe due to the material, it's kind of heavy for me to hold for over 10 mins. Considering I have RA, it's heavy for me but maybe suitable for healthy people. As for the price, it's a bit too high.
