This product is safe to use and effective overtime and on long periods of using.

I read alote of feedback about this product and I was so excited about it and when I try it's really work first make me feel full all the time and close my Appetite, I am not feeling hungry all the time and help me to not smoke too much during the day I am using this product 3 days back and I will check my weight end of the week👍

This is a very bad product. Capsules are not like other gelly capsules. They are sticky in the throat and causes suffocation even if you take it with plenty of water. Not recomended .

This product works miracle. I lose 3 kg in a week

Its not expending in water after test , its not a good quality at all as expected .Better keep search for another brands .Sorry worthless.

Very gud my husband loose 5 kg less then a month with regular walk/running and not so strict diet

Works amazingly well! I take 1 pill 20 min before each meal and it helps me keep my appetite under control. I have so far lost 2lbs in under a week! Full diaclosure; I also take a daily multivitamin, along with other supplements like fish oil gummies, psyllium husk fiber, essential amino acids etc b/c I am a picky eater (due to autism) so I make sure the majority of my nutritional needs are met using supplements. That helps in keeping me from binge eating, but my weight stayed the same and I still had struggles with hunger. I added this to my arsenal and I'm not eating at night anymore and I'm making better food choices. I highly recommend however- although this was the final missing puzzle piece for me, your mileage may vary.

I started with 1 pill, then 2, then 3 but when i take 3 i get bad cramps and also it Doesn’t work at all, doesn't curb my hunger at all, in fact i seem to be eating more when i take this! What a waste of money. If anyone wants to try, give me your add so i can ship the leftovers. Such a big big big waste of time & money!!
