I'm doing skull makeup so I need this to be dry and able to apply black over it. Will this be good?

no..this is not the best product for your use. Get Mehron Paradise Black and white facepaint. Once it drys is powder soft and will not smear when you touch it with dry hands( like if you need to scratch your nose) Try on to put your white in areas that you are NOT using black, but even if you do, as long as you dont over over stroke with your brush is the black should cover the white without turning grey. I actually prefer the Wolfe Black Face paint it is less blendable because it is a bee wax base.

How is this different than the Mehron Paradise Pro face paint?

The Clown White, needs to be set with a setting powder for all day coverage. It's also a lot thicker and does not need water to activate like the Paradise paints. Paradise is used more in face painting whereas Clown White is best for Clowns or mimes.

Does this come off easly

The product is hydrophobic. As people say it is oil based, making it hard to take of if you use just water. But with soap it comes right off with ease.

How do you apply baby powder on? Do you use it before or after? Do you pat it on face then blend?

First our group puts a thin layer of baby oil gel on, then we apply the clown white makeup. Baby powder helps to set the make up so it's not as messy and won't be wet to the surface. It's also gives it a cleaner look. We use a powder puff to apply the powder.

I love it, but sensory problems

Well, this is the only thing i use for my drag and clown makeup. It MUST be set with a powder, I use cornstarch and it works just as good as expensive white setting powders. However, I don't recommend this for people with sensory issues. The formula is very thick, creamy and sticky. If you get some on your hands, it's hard to remove with water and soap. Also, i recommend using a beauty blender and tapping. Also for reference my skin is very dry, so idk for someone with oily skin.
