Well made
Amazing results. We tried carpenters glue, super glue, and double back tape trying to get our silicone strip lights to say affixed to the top of your display cabinet (glass and metal) and nothing held. So far the gorilla glue is working. If anything changes I will update this feedback.

Very strong, versatile glue but not always the right choice for every job
I use this glue for most tasks where a polyurethane adhesive makes sense. I have used it on wood chairs, wood tables, PVC structures, wood-to-wood joints, and even concrete bonded to wood. When used correctly, it forms a very strong bond that has held up well over time. One thing I like is how reliable it is if you follow the basic rules. Slightly dampening the surface, clamping properly, and allowing full cure time makes a big difference. It expands as it cures, which helps fill gaps but also means you need to control squeeze-out and not over-apply it. I do not think there is any offensive odor when using this. This creates an opaque fastener and wouldn't use it in any way where it's visibility would be an issue. I keep an unopened bottle on hand at all times. Once I open one, I order a replacement right away. I do not like leaving partially used bottles sitting around for too long since moisture exposure eventually ruins them. Stored sealed, it has been dependable. I consider this a good value overall, though it is somewhat pricey. It can also be more glue than needed for some jobs, and it is not the best option for every application. That said, for heavy-duty bonding across many materials, it has earned a permanent place in my home.

Gorilla Original Gorilla Glue: Unbeatable Strength—Just Read the Directions!
This is the original, tough-as-nails adhesive that lives up to its legendary reputation. I needed a waterproof bond for a tricky outdoor repair job, and the Gorilla Original Glue delivered perfectly. The polyurethane formula provides a rock-solid, incredibly durable connection that I trust to hold up against moisture and the elements. It adheres beautifully to almost any material—wood, stone, metal—making it the ultimate utility glue to keep on hand. The only real "watch out" (and why paying attention is key!) is that this glue expands significantly as it cures. You absolutely must follow the instructions regarding surface dampening and clamping, and always use less than you think you need. If you use too much, the expansion will foam out and make a mess. However, if you follow the directions, you end up with an incredibly strong, reliable bond. It's a fantastic, high-performance glue.

Good boot sole repair glue
I used this to glue the sole of my hunting boots back. The toe area started to pull away from the sole - so I cleaned it the best I could and after it dried - I added the Gorilla glue to both sides and clamped them together with several clamps. It expanded as expected and I had to use a razor knife to cut away the excess. Put a few hours on a 4 wheeler in the snow and walking around the yard and it’s still holding. Choose this because it expands as it dries because the sole had some small divers that I wanted to make sure filled with glue.

Tough stuff~!
This glue is amazing. I don't know about their other adhesives, but this is great. The first time I used it about 6 years ago was to glue and screw 2x12 boards. I use a mist sprayer with water and mist one board and spread the glue on the other and screw together. It foams and hardens and there is no way to get it apart - very strong. I did a dryer repair and needed to glue a felt seal to the drum. Used this and the felt seal was on to stay. I did a test with a heat gun to see what heat the glue could take and it was a lot more than the dryer would put out.

Used as shoe repair glue
I actually bought this gorilla glue to repair some shoes I really liked , but the soles were starting to come off. I did look at glue made for shoe repair, but couldn't find anything I liked that had good reviews so I decided to look up if Gorilla glue would work and apparently what I found said it would. So of course I bought a bottle to find out ! I can actually say it did the job ... the spots I glued are messy looking, But holding well( I had to peel the dryed overflow off to make it look a bit better) ! just make sure you follow the directions on the bottle. I tried using it like normal glue, because i didn't read the bottle and it wasn't holding..it was just very sticky. after reading the bottle and I dampened the area I was gluing it started to do its job . I clamped the areas in place and let sit for 2 hours to dry. After the 2 hours are up you can take the clamps off than you have to let them cure. I read It takes 24 hours to fully cure so once they cure I'll put them on. Overall I'm pretty pleased with using gorilla glue as shoe repair glue, however I'm thinking I should have bought the clear stuff that way it wouldn't look as messy 🫤... Anyway lesson learned! I will update if the glue decides to fail as shoe repair glue.

Love this stuff, made my son a Lego table. I used the glue to glue down the Lego base plates onto a wooden coffee table. He absolutely loves it and the glue is holding up great.
