Smooth and fine just like original
It works very smooth. Wonderful packing and fits perfectly. I am reviewing it after using it for 6 months. It's still working very well. we use it daily to cut approx. 20 tomatoes.

Great OEM Replacement part for tomato slicer
Works perfectly! It's original OEM part and is very easy to remove and replace with the old one. We will see how long this one will last. So far it looks really good quality!

DON'T BUY!!!!
Not worth it. I bought two of these slicer blades within two weeks, and both bent almost immediately. You canโt cut anything with them. The original blade that came with my equipment lasted 10 months before having issues, but these failed after just a week of use. Waste of money.

Don't forget to lube the slides on the white plastic bottom!
We replace ours every year or two. When Tomato's start smashing or tearing rather than cutting cleanly. Don't forget to occasionally take food grade lube and lube the white plastic cutting board material that has grooves on the sides that are what the mechanism slides on. This can cause resistance and also interfere with the ability to quickly "pop" the Tomato's thru and cut cleanly. We have also gone to Roma/plum Tomato's and often core them and place them on their side(rather than end) before pushing them thru the slicer. Our commercial dish washer(chemicals) could have something to do with how long ours last. If an Employee bends any wires it's not worth it just get a replacement immediately as that causes a lot of drag. I just reordered for the 3rd time today, best price I've found for the OEM part.
