Very tiny and quick dissolving.
Very small, dissolves very quickly (under the tongue), almost no taste (but does not taste bad). I had another brand once, and it was much bigger and took a long time to dissolve.

I've been using this style of B12 1000 MCG for a few months now and I really like it because it's so easy to dissolve the little tiny pill under your tongue and be done with it. And it doesn't have a taste so there's nothing at all that I would complain about. And I think it's helping me so it's a win-win all around.

This b12 really works for me
Dr put me on 1,000mcg for b 12 and told me to get one that dissolved under tongue. I first bought Trader Joeโs Methylcobalamin B-12 of 1,000 mcg and gave it a good try for 3 weeks & it did nothing. Iโm 75.I ordered Superior Source No Shot Methylcobalamin B-12 1,000 mcg and within 3 days of taking 1 a day I was no longer getting tired and sleepy in the evening, also after 2 weeks my dark spots on legs were all gone now and my pimples on face went away.
