To date I have not gotten a reply on how to return it. Every answer says they are looking into it. It's April now and still no reply on how to send it back. If you live in Canada DON'T BUY IT!!! D. It worked flawlessly right out of the box. Touch screen makes adding contacts and speed dials a snap. I overrode some general settings, like maintaining the volume at a constant level. The caveat for her is she has 1gb FiOS. I used Ethernet vs wireless for max performance. Guess what. It indeed does transcribe is real time. At $75 this phone is a steal. Frankly, it would be worth it at $175.
