RYC Automotive Air Conditioning Compressor IG586 (Fits Cadillac SRX 3.6L 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016; Fits Buick LaCrosse 3.6L 2012)

Needed to repair AC on my 2012 Cadillac SRX. First thing mechanic tells me is I should return it and order compressor through them because this was a "generic" device and that it may not work on my car.I am happy to say that he was wrong. I ordered him to fix it anyway and it works as well as it did last year before my AC went out on me. I am so happy and grateful that I was able to get this AC compressor at a much lower price than what the garages were asking for!NO REGRETS! Thank you so much!

I ordered in July of 2023 and got installed in August . It went out in June of 2024 . Your better off just buying a good one. Now I have to buy a new one and get it installed again . A waste of money. Amazon should take these off their site with all the bad reviews.

I needed an ac compressor and the prices in the automotive parts stores were outrageous. Someone suggested ordering from Amazon! It was the best decision I made. Fast delivery and I was about to have it put on my car quickly!

Compre esta compresor para mi 2012 cadillac srx y le quedo muy bien trabaja muy bien sola mente ai que comprar el aceite para el Compressor aparte y los dos en paque que lleva las mangerar pero 5 strellas porque no bas agastra mas de 500 dolares todo le queda bien 😀

Was installed September 2023. Compressor clutch failed last week, 10 months later.

You might need to get some o rings and gaskets....but the part worked and my ac is cold again....you will likely also need r134a...to spec of your vehicle

I guess I should feel lucky I got a year and a half after reading other reviews but it’s still very disappointing to have to go through all the work again!
