New 5 String Patented Silent Electric Banjo

I had to lower the action by sanding down the bridge. I used a spike to hold down the 5th string and cut out the white plastic 5th string holder. I had no place to rest my fingers on the right hand so I installed a finger rest made out of poplar. I needs adjustment out of the box but when all is completed it rocks! IT plays true and the fret work is better than expected. for the money with some professional adjustment, this instrument is great for the price. This banjo is my "wifesaver".

Mine showed up needing some action adjustments and the cord jack had to be replaced because the sound kept cutting out. It was a disappointing start but in having big fun with it now.
