This had to be one of the most complicated DIY projects I've ever attempted under my kitchen sink. I thought replacing my filters would be a snap. Boy, was I wrong? Thank god I will only need to do this once a year! I do not look forward to when I need to do this again. I had to take the whole system apart and then figure out where all these tubes and connectors needed to go. Ugh --- way too complicated. But the water does taste good at the end. However, after this headache of an install, I opted for a cocktail instead!

We've had inadequate water filters for thirty years. Finally, at the advice of my massage therapist, I purchase the Express Water filter system. Though the installation had a lot of steps due to all the different filters, it was not complicated. It took less than an hour to install, but my husband was meticulous in its installation (retired maintenance supervisor). We will continue to purchase these filters as needed. I've logged over 4,000 miles of swimming rivers...the pollution I subjected myself to was horrific. Sometimes finishing the day's swim with a bad, barking cough and skin rashes, or questioning if there is still radiation from bombs that were dropped (Serbia/Croatia war) to destroy bridges. Healthful water is a must for me. I place a lot of trust in Express Water and will continue to do so.

first and foremost, this system works as advertised and dispenses delicious water...HOWEVER, this water filtration system is getting too expensive to maintain, and its VERY inconvenient to change the filters, you pretty much have to dismantle the whole system, unplug all the hoses, remove and replace all the lock clips trying not to break them, then hope you put everything back together correctly, without leaks, and in my case, I have to empty out everything I have stored under the sink to access the filters for removal and replacement, this company needs to figure out a way to make the cartridges easier to change, a home owner who isnt very handy would most likely need to hire someone every time they need to swap the filters, adding to the cost...also, this system dispenses water pretty slowly.., again, this system works, but I can say with certainty that I'd never recommend it to anyone, after this set of filters wears out, Im going back to refilling 5 gallon jugs at the local water mill,
