Why does my toilet have a high pitched squeal after installing this product?

They sometimes make a squeal as the valve is closing...should only last a few seconds. If it lasts longer than a few seconds, the valve is not fully closing. It needs to be adjusted with the plastic screw.

Can this Danco 80008 fill valve be used for swimming pool water level control?

Can I set the water level to 4 inches. Over flow is at 5 inches

The water level is adjusted by screwing in or out the spring loaded adjustment screw.

Why does this exlude the one piece Low-boy toilets? I would think this being a perfect filler for the low-boy style.
