Believe the F350 is the same. Cured the death wobble and smoothed out the steering. **Q: Will this fit a 2018 f250 4x4 diesel?** A: No, this is not the correct shock, it is too long and will not allow full right hand turns **Q: could i use this as a replacment shock for my rough country dual steering stabalizer?** A: If your steering is too stiff the Bilstein is far superior to the cheap single factory stabilizer. If, however you have very large tires and/or a lift kit, I would probably stay with the dual system. I would in all cases replace any shock(s) with Bilstein! I was having a lot of vibration and feedback in the steering wheel and used this to change out the factory steering stabilizer. Huge improvement over OEM. So satisfied, I ordered Bilstein 5100 shocks for my truck, huge improvement in ride and handling as well. Both easy installs.
