tube much smaller than shown
The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because the tube is so small and much smaller than the tin . I know I should have checked the product measurements but went by the picture . Having said that it was light enough to pop into a purse or bag when out and easy to apply same great quality .

A family friend kindly brought a Smith's Rosebud Salve for me last year in American, stating that you could only get it in the states. I adore the look of roses, but I do not like the smell at all. Imagine my delight when presented with this product. Yes it is promoted as 'rosebud', but you could hardly smell it. I have very dry skin as well as lips. This lip balm I found amazing. I did not have to dip my fingers in a tub (which I think is not very hygienic) by just glide it over my lips - great. Some people might find it a bit too greasy, but I love it. It is a bit like a vaseline, but as long as you do not squeeze the tube too hard, it is perfect. When you go out on a night time and your lipstick had disappeared, this makes your lips feel soft and luscious. It is a lovely size for handbag, bumbag or coat pocket. Took it on holiday and was glad that I had it on the beach with me - how easy to take the lid off and apply. The tube is designed at an angle, so it is very easy to place on the lips. Really glad that I am able to order it through Amazon. Smith's rosebud salve is a great product and I will be sticking with it for a very long time.
