I started taking Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950 Without Iron after discovering I was low in several minerals. While it’s not a prescription, it has been surprisingly therapeutic—my recent lab results show my deficiencies are improving. The formula is clean, high quality, and easy on the stomach. I like that it’s free of unnecessary additives and iron, which can be irritating for some people. I've been taking these for years per my doctor and I absolutely love them. It is recommended to take (3) capsules, 1-2 times per day and they are contained in a vegetarian capsule. I take them 2X per day (6 total) so (1) 180 count bottle lasts me 30 days. As a busy working mom, they keep fatigue at bay, especially that mid-afternoon slump and keep my mood more level and prevents my brain fog. When I do run out I can immediately tell the difference in a matter of days as I start to drag throughout the day and getting up in the mornings are a bit harder. Clearly, no vitamin will "out supplement"a bad diet and lifestyle, but they are by far the best I have ever used. I do want to add that these should be taken with a full meal as they have caused me significant nausea on an empty stomach. I take 3 immediately following breakfast and then 3 again following dinner so they are spaced out nicely.

These are great quality multivitamins. I took these during an elemental diet to treat my SIBO. For those who don't know, in this context, elemental diets are just a liquid diet period designed to give you all the nutrients needed to sustain energy and keep your electrolytes in check while starving out a bacterial overgrowth. I was taking 6 of these a day (2 with each liquid shake) and it turned my pee bright neon yellow, but I never felt deficient throughout the elemental diet. I trust Pure Encapsulations for my supplement needs.

I took the 950 complex for about six weeks, and was tolerating it well without any digestive upset. But then I started getting that characteristic tingle from too much niacin. I'm switching to the O.N.E. formulation.
