Great ships

Durable material, not cheaply made at all. The details are incredible and it’s a great collectors item.

This was a birthday gift from my son to my husband. Everyone was pleased with the quality of this piece. Accurate to the Enterprise and a quality heavy piece.

I have most of the Eaglemoss Star Trek ships in the smaller line and I wanted to get the XL Enterprises to put display on a bookshelf. The Enterprise C was the first one I received and I was a little disappointed with it. One of the nacelles had popped off its pylon but that is probably due to the Texas heat and shipping. Nothing that a spot of glue won't fix. What the real letdown is the paint. It looks like during the painting process there may have been a small shift because all the windows are painted slightly off, and for what it cost it really sucks because the C is my favorite Enterprise ship. I received the Enterprise D and the detailing was fine. I figure it will be hit or miss when it comes to the fine details so beware.

I purchased this model for myself because I am a huge fan of Next Gen. I love the size and detail of the model and would highly recommend it to any Star Trek fan.

First let me say, quality control issues aside, this Enterprise D looked amazing. Exactly what I was hoping for... except for the quality control issues. I ordered 3 of them, trying to get one that was passable before I gave up. I assume I just ran across a bad batch. That said, all 3 had issues with the warp nacelles; either one of the nacelles were noticeably crooked or the warp engine field grills on one nacelle had a different shade of blue than the other (one nacelle would have a sort of a white/light baby blue color while the other would be the typical intense blue you'd expect). And on the last ship I received, the primary hull was not properly adhered to the secondary hull. Considering the price they're asking for these, you'd expect a better final product. Hopefully, they get these quality control issues resolved soon, because I really would like to add one of these to my display once I know I can get one where, if there are issues, at least they aren't so noticeable. Hope this helps.

I bought it as a Birthday gift for my Start Trek fan friend. I designed a custom display for the model with a nice, light blue illumination from the bottom. The quality is perfect, and delivery was fast. I think, it was a nice gift. The price is though not low, is absolutely inline with the quality and a uniqueness of this model.

Solid stand, good detail, saucer section is mostly die cast metal so its a little front heavy. I am now rewatching TNG because of it! Some may say a little pricey but its worth it to me.
