its actually works in 2-3 days. but my bv is still coming back. its not a long term solution. but it takes the odour away. i'm using it after 2 or 3 days. i'm also active. ifykwim. so the discharge and the S is mixin.

These are awesome. I use them when things aren't so fresh downstairs, usually after my lady time. Also used it while on vaginal antibiotics to make sure my vaginal microbiome would be strong and i havent had any BV since.

ESTE PRODUCTO ES UN MILAGRO! Contaré un poco mi experiencia para que pueda ayudar a alguien que lo necesite. Me dió una infección, una vaginosis bacteriana (Gardnerella vaginalis) la cuál comenzó en un mes de junio y fui con tres ginecólogos pero ninguno me daba ni siquiera explicaciones y la verdad me recetaban montones de antibióticos los cuales no hacían nada en mi (que por cierto, cuidado con los antibióticos, ya que empeoran la situación en casos como infecciones vaginales por bacterias) tuve que investigar un poco por mi cuenta acerca de la infección y demás cosas, ví un vídeo de una ginecóloga en el cuál explica que el ácido láctico ayuda y decidí comprar este producto, al principio creí que no me había hecho efecto, hasta que me hice un cultivo y el resultado fue negativo a infección. Después de 8 meses con la infección el resultado fue negativo!! Está es la segunda vez que lo compro, ya que una vez que se recupera la microbiota vaginal hay que seguir usándolo después de la regla (se recomienda así). Si alguien está pasando por lo mismo que yo, por favor no teman y no se queden con lo poco que les digan los ginecólogos, investiguen también, y no crean que no hay una solución, las hay, solo hay que comprender mejor como funciona nuestra zona V, recuerden que este producto no es un medicamento, si no que ayuda a regular el PH vaginal (pues cuando hay desbalance de este, ocurren las infecciones) no soy experta tampoco, solo cuento mi experiencia. Pero realmente lo recomiendo, si es que alguien cree necesitarlo✨
