The Unexpected Hero of My Neighborhood Vampire War
The Garlic Incident:My suspicions began when new neighbors moved in. Pale, nocturnal, and seemingly immune to sunlight, they were definitely weird. The final straw? The day I caught one of them hovering eerily over their garden, pruning roses without casting a shadow.Naturally, I armed myself with garlic—Morrisons’ finest, of course. With its pungent aroma and fresh, plump cloves, it seemed like the ultimate anti-vampire defense. I even scattered a few cloves around my garden, just to be safe. One fateful evening, they showed up at my door, asking for sugar. My instincts kicked in. I casually placed the garlic bowl between us, and the reaction was immediate—an awkward excuse about "being allergic" before they bolted. Victory, I thought. But the next day, I found garlic cloves missing from my garden! A power play, clearly. That’s when the full garlic escalation began. The Battle:Stage 1: The Garlic BarricadeI lined my garden fence with a wall of garlic, creating a pungent fortress. The neighbors didn’t come near it for days, but I swear I saw their cat glaring at me through the window.Stage 2: The Bread GambitTo lure them out, I made garlic bread so potent it could’ve been classified as a biological weapon. The smell wafted into their yard, and I heard faint coughing. The bread went uneaten, but the garlic message was clear.Stage 3: The Ultimate ShowdownThe neighbors invited me over to “talk.” I walked in with a necklace of Morrisons garlic cloves, just in case. It turns out they weren’t vampires at all—they were just avoiding me because they thought I was the weirdo. We laughed, sort of. But I kept the garlic necklace on. You can never be too careful.Review:Pros:Fresh and Potent: The cloves are aromatic and flavorful, perfect for cooking or warding off vampires (or neighbors).Generous Size: One bulb goes a long way—great for stir-fries, marinades, and supernatural defense.Versatile: Can be minced, roasted, or strategically placed in suspicious areas for maximum effect.Budget-Friendly: A small price to pay for peace of mind (and garlic-infused pasta).Cons:Strong Smell: Great for cooking, less so if you’re wearing it as jewelry.Doesn’t Actually Repel Vampires: Turns out it’s more effective in recipes than in folklore.Neighbor Confusion: May cause awkward conversations if used aggressively.Final Thoughts:The Morrisons Garlic proved itself as a culinary staple and a key player in my bizarre neighborly feud. While I’ve since learned that vampires aren’t real (probably), I can confidently say this garlic packs enough punch to handle any situation—be it a spooky misunderstanding or a killer pasta sauce.Would I recommend it? Absolutely. 5 stars—for flavor, freshness, and its uncanny ability to spice up both meals and absurd neighborhood dramas. Bonus tip: Keep a bulb handy—you never know when you’ll need it! 🧄✨

Decent size most of the time.
It is indeed garlic, and of a decent size for the most part. You may, once in a blue moon get a slightly smaller than desired bulb. They are always healthy as well with no bad cloves in the bulb. Most important of all though, we never get Vampires attacking our house. Rob :)
