High quality product. I got medium (green) for a TFCC injury. It's pretty firm, best suited for later stage recovery or grip strength training. If you're in early stage recovery of a hand injury, start with the softest and work up. Take it slow. Better too soft than too firm. Reinjury during the healing phase can become chronic. I'm not a doctor so listen to your physician.
