Great Looking Hydrant
This is my second Aquor hydrant that I have installed in my house. Hands down best looking spigot/hydrant you can install especially when combined with the stainless steel lids (40 dollar extra). However there are things you need to understand before purchasing. First I have used 2 separate professional plumbers to help with each install. One was installed over a year ago and one installed this week. I was installing to replace existing frost free spigot that had starting leaking. In both installs the plumbers had never installed one before and I had to walk them through the install (I had watched the YouTube videos so explain was easy) I had even called the office and let them know what the plumber was installing so they could have the proper tools on the truck. There is a list of things to tell the plumber on the website. In both cases I had to cut holes in the sheet rock due to the builder not leaving any access pex tube in the walls. The plumbers had to cut small 6X6 square holes in both cases. Easy wall fixes if you have experience in this or you can do what I did the second instal and just put in a 6x6 access panel and the hole is fixed in about 5 minutes. I bought the panel on Amazon and cost 10 dollars.New construction this is a no brainer have these installed,Existing construction, just beware that if doing yourself you will need some tools and about 3 hours from start to finish and you will also need to know how to connect pex tubing if newer construction or a mix of hard pipe and pex if an older home.Plumbers are expensive and cost me 2 hours of labor on both installs at 300 dollars both times. Average price to buy and install with plumbers is about 500 dollars with the stainless steel covers per unit.Would I recommend them, yes I would 100% recommend them they are functional, long lasting and beautiful. Original install has been working flawlessly for 2 years. I have received many compliments on them. I used 6 inch units in both cases and we live in western Washington where we get freezing weather for multiple months. One last note if going into an interior wall the 6 was fine but this last init was on an exterior wall and would have been an easier install with a 12 inch unit. If you have a frost free unit you can turn of the water (whole house cut off) and then remove the handle and stem to see how long of a unit is there. Hope this helps someone.

Great product
Easy to install. So happy to get rid of the old spigot that went stuck when I needed it the most. This product is the future with its form and function. No moving parts that are exposed to the elements. And best of all, it has a clean flush finish that is aesthetically pleasing.

A awesome but simple to use hydrant.
I have two of these for both hydrants on my house. I have had no issues or problems. The hydrants are durable and look very modern. I have had no issues with leaks or quality of the product. The connector is able to twist right in and make a good seal. I will be buying more of these for my new house!

Low Profile Blends in Perfectly
I was installing a new spigot near a hot tub to provide quick access to water to fill the tub and clean around it. The area is fairly high traffic, with kids and pets always walking by, so a traditional hose bib was not only going to be unattractive but also be likely to be hit. The Aquor Hydrant v2 was a perfect solution. When nothing is attached, it is out of the way and attractive. I paired it with the stainless steel cover to add to the look, and I couldn't be happier.I did the install myself, purchasing the PEX inlet and the installation was a breeze. Older in-wall style hydrants required a bigger opening and took up more space in the wall, while being harder to use. The Aquor only needs two 1.5" holes above/below each other and the fit is great. Feels way more solid than any other spigot on my house. This was for a new spigot, but I am already planning on replacing the others with an Aquor.

A great product
A great product! I have a leaky outdoor faucet for years and have been meaning to replace it. So I was in the market for a new one. I looked around, starting at home depot (my go to place for everything DIY), and watched some howto videos on Youtube and that's how I discovered this product. I took some time to learn about it and how to install it, etc. Read the reviews on here like everyone else. In the end, I decided to purchase this instead of the typical outdoor faucet and got it installed. Some quick highlights.Great quality so it's huge upgrade from what I have previously had (probably more than 20+ years old).Installation is simple (I ran into an issue and will explain down below so it can help you if you decide on buying it).It works well and as expected (some tips on how to use it down below).Installation tips.Use the installation guide and draw the area that needs to be drilled. Make sure to align it properly.Use the proper size bit (I didn't have the correct size and took longer than what I would have like) - don't make my mistake.Predrill the holes for the screwsUse Sharkbite coupling - very easy to use and work nicely with this product. It supports copper and other pipe types. I used PEX and highly recommended.** Don't use ** check valve coupling with this, just use regular coupling one. I ran into this problem and took a long time for me to figure out - the problem with it is because the hydrant valve would "lock" as I have been told by Aquor customer support/service (who was very helpful and was able to help me quickly - took less than 5 minutes for that call).Useful tips. You may want to buy other Aquor related products such as another type of nozzle.when using the nozzle, you do need to give it a push and turn (may be easy for men but not for women or kids or elderly).

Sleek, Clean alternative to standard spigot
Installed today to replace our old leaky woodford spigot. Love how it looks and operates! Not hard to install. Do be aware the the V2 that I purchased has a lower section for the anti-freeze run-off, that requires a hole roughly twice the size as a standard spigot. Other than that I really like everything about this unit.I will see how it holds up - but currently very happy with my purchase

INGENIOUS - no external tap required!
We didn't want an external tap sticking out of the wall on a narrow drive way. When we found the aquor wall hydrant we were delighted. It sits flush and neatly on our wall, is not susceptible to freezing and enables us to use a hose without any fuss. A great product

Aquor wall hydrant
I just had some hardie plank put around the house and wanted something that looks elegant as well as functional instead of an outside tap that you have to cover in the winter to stop it freezing. I decided on the Aquor wall hydrant for it looks, on receipt it was really sturdy and well made, took a couple of minutes to drill hole using template and secure through wall, from there it was really simple to connect to water source. Really pleased with look and functionality of this product

Great product, difficult for elderly
The builder/plumber who installed it for us said it was difficult to install because of the angle the pipe needed to be at but managed to install successfully in the end. It's a game changer for me as I've never had an outdoor tap before and use to have to run a hose pipe through the house via various taps and went through a number of adaptors to be adaptable to the tap I needed to use and in order to avoid leaks.Folks (80+) found it difficult to use due to the turning of the adaptor that needs to be inserted into the hydrant for it to release water as it requires a bit of strength, du they have to call upon me or someone else to do that bit for them, apart from that, it's a smashing bit of kit.Haven't been through a winter with it yet, so let's see how that goes, hoping for the best 🤞🏼

Incredible outdoor faucet
Easy to install (despite it being installed by a plumber because I live in a condo, and it requires an insured company), also it's easy to use. It's truly frost-free (photo taken at -3˚C in BC, Canada). No leak (for plumbing PEX was used). Highly recommended. Will use it in any future project, it's worth the cost. The plumber got impressed by the quality of the material, packaging, and instructions - very clear, and easy to follow.
