Is this made from natural ingredients ?

Both of my pink and white capped jars say "Paraben Free" on the front of the label. "Natural USP Progesterone from soy" and other natural ingredients are included, however, not all ingredients are natural. There are preservatives in it.

Just wondering where most women rub this on themselves? It lists several places to put it, do you put it on just one area, or all areas stated?

According to what I found out, you are supposed to use it for three weeks then stop for a week (as if it was your period, or if you still have periods, you do not use it during that time.) You need to rotate the location you put it.... one use the location once every three days, Longer, if possible. As for locations, I researched and found all these possible locations: Temples (you can use it for migraines, but they do not work on regular headaches); face (it may help your skin look younger, I cannot verify that one); Inner Forearms, Back of hands (and a little up the back of the arm if you are using more than the smallest dose); Behind the knees; neck (I always do the front, but I suppose the back works too); top of feet; bottom of feet; Upper Chest; Breasts (sometimes I get an ache from that one, especially if I only do one side)....>>> The big thing is that you want to avoid putting in areas of higher fat content, for the most part, as fat stores it instead of letting you use it right away. You body uses it within 12 hours, so you want to stick with the twice a day regimen. I also found out after some research, when I thought it was no longer working, that between 9 months and one year .. your body goes through some change and it seems like it is no longer working, after a month it is supposed to work itself out. I think it took more like two for me.I know it has been a bit since you asked, but I thought this would help others who need the info. :)

Yes! When your progesterone plummets , suddenly you are estrogen dominant whereas all of our lives we are progesterone dominant . When this happens, your internal thermostat goes haywire. It's a horrid feeling. Experiment to find the correct level for you. And change the application site. Use at night to help you sleep.  Good luck.

Benn using since Oct. , can you build a tolerance? seem to be getting flashes again. Worked great after 5 weeks. Now not so good.. any thoughts?

Definitely take a break every month. Use 25 days and 5 day break is the standard. Rotate areas of application as per label directions. It also says use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp 2x per day. Each person is different so these are guidelines.
