But I did remove the oem adidas cleats from my shoes and put on stealth cleats. **Q: Will this work with squairz cleats?** A: It will work with any 6 or 8 point spike. Before i used a pair of needle nose pliers to remove and replace spikes in my golf shoes. Now that I've started to develop arthritis in my hands, that doesn't work so well anymore, plus the needle nose would tear up the cleats so they couldn't be reused in a pinch. So i bought this tool. The ease of it is impressive. Took me less than 5 minutes to remove and replace all spikes in both shoes. I keep wondering why i waited so long to buy one of these. As one of the other reviewers said, when putting the spikes in the shoes, turn them until they click, then keep turning to the 2nd click to make sure they're properly secured. Also, the attachments are not very easy to get into the tool. Compared to putting a screwdriver bit into a typical screwdriver, it's about 5 times as hard.
