Does this work on old dye? My mom is letting her gray come in and it's like gray umbre lol. Can she use this to remove the rest of the color?

I've done two rounds of this product after dying my ash brown hair a ‘toasty fireside brown’..both times my hair has turned out to be red....as if my natural hair color is a red/orange. This is so irritating that it didn't work.

I have natural dark hair and i am now a bleached blonde. I put a semi permanent direct dye over the blonde. Will this make me blonde again?

Im a natural blonde but i dyed my hair a light brown with medium brown highlights when i used oops it made my light brown hair white and my medium brown highlights about the same medium brown it really depends on how strong the product is. Hope this was helpful

Why are ends dark and roots red?

The ends have the most color build-up, or layers of color trapped within the hair shaft. From years of dying hair, as you go up toward the roots there are fewer and fewer layers of color. Your roots are fresher and have the least amount of dye within the hair itself. Your roots, then, will give an accurate representation of what the hair color really looks like.

what are the ingredients?

It has been quite some time since I used the product so I no longer have the box. You can go to www.developlus.com, which is the company that makes this product and you will see a statement there that says that Color Oops has no peroxide, ammonia, or bleach. There is also a link to contact them, so I would suggest you do that if you need more specifics.
