These really work for me. I have used these patches for years.

I prefer the white patches. They stick better They are only 8 hour, instead of the 12 hour Tan patches. The Tan have more stretch. I don't know if that makes them more likely to come loose. I would rather use salonpas instead of taking pills for pain. They work quicker and get the job done.

I have used the Salonpas small patches for at least 4 years. I like that these patches don't sting my skin and are effective. They are a good size to use on arms, hands and feet. The only drawback is that the patches on my feet tend to roll up when I'm in bed.
