The product is cheaper than Pandora directly and includes free delivery. Delivery itself was a whole week before the expected date. Also despite the description saying no Pandora box is provided, a box WAS provided as well as a Pandora gift bag to put the boxes into. With specific regard to the charm, that actual text of "Happy Anniversary" I find quite difficult to read, but my wife loves it, so its still 5 stars :)

Really pleased with this charm, it is so sparkly and much better than expected, looks lovely on the bracelet.Postage was very efficient, well packaged and arriving earlier then stated.
