Will this work with the samson g track pro?

Yes works great with my G track Thing is you have to keep it slightly off center to access your knobs

Does it work for the mxl 990?

I use a copperphone, a blue bottle, and an mxl990 and they all mount.

Will this shockmount hold the ev re20/320/27-nd or the heil pr40?

No. It is for condenser mics that are threaded on the end of the cable connector. The cable end of the Electro-Voice RE20/320/27ND and the Heil PR40 are not threaded so the adapters that come with this shock mont will not work with these mics. The inner diameter of the adapters is too small to fit around the end of these mics. The mics will sit it the basket of the shock mount allowing the mic to stand straight up. Since there is no way to attach it you cannot angle the mics. All four of these mics are end address mics so this shock mount is not suited for these mics.
