Good recipes.
The recipes are good Aussie favorites, but there are grammar errors and mistakes in the instructions. I gave this as a gift and had to put in my own corrections, the pavlova recipe for instance misses a whole step.

Superb book with good home cooking and traditional dishes
excellent book with ideas of those who want to try and experiment with different cuisines from round the world.

Basic cookbook - I do not recommend
This was purchased for a gift but because it was so basic and boring it went to an opshop.

The quality of the book itself is very POOR
The recipes are good, but the quality is not much more then a magazine or newspaper.
