Hi wouldl this work on a bisque antique doll? I have a very small flake off from around the dolls eyes I want to glue on

I would suggest E 6000 glue. Bisque fix is for firing clay.

Can you use acrylic paint over this when you repair a crack. Was not planning to glaze the piece, wanting to dry brush.

I would imagine you could use acrylic paint on the repair. However, the instructions advised me to fire the mold before using it. ?????? I fuse glass.

I have a bisque piece that has an indention in the underside, would this product fill the indention with a refirin for bisque?

Yes, it should work. I've found the bisque fix needs sanding down for a smooth finish after firing.
